Parents Are Like Silent Nights
The night Jesus was born, the world didn’t even know it. In the stillness, in the quiet of that moment, the greatest miracle had arrived—one that would change the course of history. No one knew what was coming or the profound impact it would have on their lives. Yet, we now know that Jesus, God Himself, came down and became human, growing in His mother’s womb. The Creator of the universe entered the world in silence, yet He is the Savior of all.

Deaf Kids Connect is a ministry that equips parents who, in a single moment, hear the words: “Your child failed the hearing test.” Suddenly, everything turns silent. They don’t yet know what’s ahead or the great calling placed on their lives.
These parents are called to be disciplers, receiving blessings that thousands have overlooked. They deserve to know that discipling their Deaf child is a profound, God-given role—one that may seem silent, but is far from it.
Deafness is not just silence. It is not a word of pity. It is a divine calling.
That night, when Jesus was born, the wise men came, knowing He was the Savior of the world. Yet, the night remained still, seemingly unnoticed by the world.
There are thousands of Deaf individuals who have never known Jesus. Who will rise to the call to teach their children and reach one of the most forgotten groups of people in the world? The parents we equip—those who are stepping into the greatest calling of their lives, the El Roi who entrust them with the call.
