Meet Our Team

Jennifer is a Deaf woman who has a heart for Jesus and all that is His! She has over 20 years of experience working with Deaf children and CODAs (Children of Deaf Adults) in a Deaf church setting. Jennifer has been homeschooled for over 23 years. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and married Pastor Christopher Hughes. Together, they currently have four children and seven grandchildren. She has two Deaf sisters, one who is the Director of Student Life at a Deaf School and the other who is a former missionary and mother to 7 Deaf children and one Deaf grandson. To God be the Glory!
