Announcing God’s Word for Deaf Kids Phase 2!
We’re excited to share a sneak peek into the world of God’s Word for Deaf Kids (GWDK) Phase 2.
In GWDK Phase 1, we had Deaf volunteers sign Bible verses in a way Deaf kids could easily understand and memorize. Thanks to our many volunteers from White River Church, New Life Deaf Fellowship, Deaf Missions, Deaf Bible, and our Advisory Team, we created 65 memory verses that will help Deaf and Hard of Hearing children and their families embrace scripture.
In Phase 2, Deaf kids are taking the spotlight. Each week, we will show different Deaf and Hard of Hearing kids signing the memory verses from Phase 1. It’s just amazing to see these kids embracing God’s Word. Their videos will encourage other kids and families to join in and learn these memory verses too.
Phase 2 will premiere in February, so look for it soon on the Deaf Kids Connect app, Facebook, and Instagram. GWDK Phase 2 is all about sharing, learning, and having a blast with the Bible in sign language. Stay tuned for more, and let’s keep spreading God’s Word until all have experienced His love.
